Project Assignment
Overview
The Project Assignments module is where user access and roles across multiple projects in the system are managed. In this page, administrators can grant or revoke access to specific projects, assign user roles, and define which project will serve as the user’s default login environment.
Project assignments
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Selected User | Displays the name of the user whose project assignments are being managed. |
| Project Name | Lists all available projects that can be assigned to the user. |
| Access | A toggle switch that controls whether the user can access the project. When turned on, the switch appears green. |
| Default Login | A radio button used to set which project the user logs into by default. Only one project can be selected at a time. |
| Last Activity Date | Displays the date and time the user last accessed the selected project. |
| Actions | Contains the Assign Project Role button, which becomes active when access is granted. When clicked, you will be directed to the [List Roles](../web-application/list-roles.md) page. |
