List Users
Overview
The User module is used to create, manage, and maintain user accounts within a system or application. A user represents an individual who can log in and interact with the system. Each user record typically includes identifiers such as username, email, authentication credentials, and associated profile details.

| Filter List | Opens a filter panel to narrow down the list of users based on specific criteria. |
| + | Opens the user creation form to add a new user to the system. |
| Refresh | Updates the list to display the most current user data. |
| First Name Last Name |
Displays the user’s given and family name. |
| User Name | Shows the unique identifier or login name assigned to the user. |
| Displays the user’s registered email address. | |
| Is Active? | Indicates whether the user account is active or inactive. |
| Role | Lists all assigned roles or permissions associated with the user. |

Create a user
You can also create a user in the [List Roles] module when viewing a role record. For more information see View a record and add a user.
To add a user in this module, follow these steps:

- Click the add icon on the upper-right corner of the page.
- Enter a valid name in the First Name field.
- Enter a valid last name in the Last Name field.
- Enter a user name in the User Name field. The username should be valid for authentication on DB or LDAP. Additionally, it must be unused for OID auth.
- Optional. Tick the Is Active? checkbox if the user will be active or inactive.
- Enter a valid email address in the Email field.
- Select one or multiple roles that apply to the user being created.
- Click the SAVE button.
