External Lookup

Overview

The External Lookup subject area is used to manage reference values that originate from external systems but are required within the application for processing. It provides a mechanism to store and map external codes or identifiers, such as payment codes, status values, or classification types, to their corresponding internal values used by the system. Each external lookup record typically contains the external system name, the external value, the mapped internal value, and effective dates.

Conforming Layers

The only conforming layer of this subject is F1_EXT_LOOKUP_OBJ.
