Deposit Control

Overview

The Deposit Control (DEPOSIT CTL) subject area manages the lifecycle of customer deposits, including their creation, tracking, reconciliation, and closure. Each deposit is recorded with a unique Deposit Control ID (DEP_CTL_ID) and includes attributes such as amount, currency, tender source type, and status.

The Deposit Control subject area integrates with payment and refund processes, ensuring that deposits are properly accounted for in scenarios such as adjustments, reversals, and refunds.
