Adjustment Type

Overview

The Adjustment Type subject area defines and manages the categories of adjustments that can be applied to customer accounts or bills. An adjustment type specifies how financial corrections, credits, or debits are recorded in the system, such as for billing errors, write-offs, reversals, or refunds. Each adjustment type includes attributes such as adjustment code, distribution rules, and other applicable business conditions.

Conforming Layers

The only conforming layer of this subject area is ADJ_TYPE_OBJ.
