Billing and Receipt History

Overview

This report shows the billing and receipt history for each customer, detailing all invoices issued along with corresponding payment records. It includes key information such as invoice dates, amounts billed, payment dates, and any discrepancies or adjustments made.

Report

Column Description
Customer Name Name of the customer.
Account Number Unique identifier of the customer's bank account number.
Customer Class Category or business unit to which the customer belongs.
City City specified in the customer’s address.
State State or province specified in the customer’s address.
Billing Invoice ORMB generated bill ID
Transaction Type Specifies the nature of the transaction, such as bill, adjustment, or payment.
Activity Transaction Number Reconciliation Number or Adjustment ID
Due Date Date when the payment is due.
Transaction Date Date and time when the transaction was executed in the system.
GL Date Date when the transaction is posted to the general ledger system.
Original Amount original amount of the overdue bill.
Balance Due Outstanding amount after payment and adjustments are applied
Tender Amount Tender Amount
Adjusted Amount Amount reflecting any adjustments made to the transaction.
Applied Amount Payment amount that has been applied to a bill or outstanding balance.
Currency Currency used for the transaction.

Filters

You can filter the report using the following parameters:

  • Customer Name
  • Account Number
  • Transaction Date
