Column Description
Division Division or business unit associated with the record.
Customer Name Name of the customer.
Account Number Unique identifier of the customer's bank account number.
Customer Class Category or business unit to which the customer belongs.
Transaction Type Specifies the nature of the transaction, such as bill, adjustment, or payment.
Adjustment Number System-generated unique identifier for the adjustment record.
Adjustment Status Status of adjustment.
Invoice Number Unique bill identification number generated by the ORMB system.
Transaction Date Date and time when the transaction was executed in the system.
GL Date Date when the transaction is posted to the general ledger system.
Transaction Amount Amount in financial transaction.
Currency Currency used for the transaction.
