Overview

This report provides a comprehensive list of all customer accounts, including key account details such as account numbers, customer information, billing addresses, business units, and account statuses. It serves as a central reference for tracking active, inactive, or closed accounts and helps users monitor account-level information for reporting, analysis, and operational review.

Report

Column Description
Customer Name Name of the customer.
Customer Number Unique identifier assigned to the customer in the system.
Account Number Unique identifier of the customer's bank account number.
City City specified in the customer’s address.
State State or province specified in the customer’s address.
Customer Class Category or business unit to which the customer belongs.
Customer Admin System Source or administrative system where the customer record originates.
Collector Identifier for the assigned collection agent.
Access Group Permission group associated with the account.
Account Status Status of the account.
Start Date Date when automatic payment begins.
End Date Date when automatic payment ends.
Outstanding Amount Total unpaid amount associated with the account.
Currency Currency used for the transaction.
