Overview

This report provides a detailed overview of the financial history of customers, including total revenue, outstanding balances, and payment activity.

Report

Column Description
Division Division or business unit associated with the record.
Customer Name Name of the customer.
Account Number Unique identifier of the customer's bank account number.
Operating Unit Business unit or operational segment responsible for the account.
Billing Number System-generated ORMB bill identification number.
Transaction Date Date and time when the transaction was executed in the system.
GL Date Date when the transaction is posted to the general ledger system.
Due Date Date when the payment is due.
Transaction Type Specifies the nature of the transaction, such as bill, adjustment, or payment.
Original Amount original amount of the overdue bill.
Adjusted Amount Amount reflecting any adjustments made to the transaction.
Applied Amount Payment amount that has been applied to a bill or outstanding balance.
Currency Currency used for the transaction.
