Adhoc Settings

The Adhoc Settings module allows you to customize app configurations. You can provide descriptions to clarify their purpose, making it easier to reference in the future.

To access the Adhoc Settings page, navigate to Settings > Adhoc Settings.

Field Description
Sequence Displays the sequence number of the setting.
Settings ID Unique Oracle identifier for the setting.
Setting Value Value assigned for the setting.
Description Description of the setting.
Version Current version of the setting.
Created Time Time noted during the creation of the setting.
Created By The user who created the setting.
Modified Time Time noted during the modification of the setting.
Modified By The user who modified the setting.
Action Displays that allows you to remove the setting.

Add an adhoc settings

To create a new adhoc settings, follow these steps:

  1. Click Create New button.

  2. Enter valid values in the following fields:

    • Settings ID
    • Setting Value
    • Description

  3. Click Save.

Modify an adhoc settings

The Adhoc Settings module allows you to update the details of an existing adhoc setting. To make modifications, select the settings ID from the list and change the values in the fields as needed.

Delete an adhoc setting

To delete an adhoc setting, follow these steps:

  1. Click of the setting you wish to delete.

  2. Click Save. Once saved, the role in the red highlight will be deleted.

Filter and Sort

The Adhoc Settings includes a Filter feature that allows you to filter the list of adhoc setting by providing a keyword or the full name of the setting. The setting that matches the provided keyword or name will be displayed on the screen.

To filter the adhoc settings, click in the column title.

ContainsReturns all adhoc settings that contain the specified keyword.
Does not containExcludes adhoc settings that contain the specified keyword.
EqualsReturns all the adhoc settings that match the specified keyword.
Does not equalReturns all the adhoc settings that do not match the specified keyword.
Begins withReturns all the adhoc settings whose names start with the specified keyword.
Ends withReturns all the adhoc settings whose names end with the specified keyword.
BlankReturns adhoc settings with no name.
Not blankReturns adhoc settings with a valid name.
