A run that ends in error is presented with a red exclamation or red X icon in the status tree.

Starting the job for this run again would restart the run from where it failed. However, to force the conversion tool to disregard the failed run and create a new run sequence, set the forget switch. The next time the job is started, a new run will be created, and it will start from the beginning.

To set the forget switch from the tabular view, click on the row for the job to drill down one level to the runs for the job. This will show all the runs for that job.

Click the Forget checkbox to set the forget switch.

This same view can also be used to delete runs. Check the Select box next to the runs to be deleted and then click the button.

On the hierarchical view, click on the collapsed accordion row to expand it.

Then click the button to set the forget switch.

A run can also be deleted from here by clicking the button.
