Overview

The Lookup module lists all the lookup fields used by API services of the Ocular Framework. A lookup field is a dropdown list that allows you to select a value from a predefined set of options. The options for a lookup field are in the Lookup Values table.

All the items listed in this module are part of the Ocular Framework package. You cannot create or delete a lookup field. You can only modify display names or lookup values. For more information, see Edit lookup.

The configured UI properties are stored in a JSON column of the fw_extension_lookup table and are not used by any API for processing.

This module allows you to create, edit, or delete a lookup extension.

Create a lookup extension

To create a lookup extension, click Create New and enter valid values in the following fields:

Storage configuration

Overview

This module outlines a current feature that externalizes all storage-related keys to a secure location, the Secrets Manager.

With the externalized flag enabled, Document Fulfilment tracks only the active storage, while all sensitive information, such as access and secret keys, is securely retrieved from the Secrets Manager.

It’s important to note that the externalized flag is not available in the user interface and is managed through the database. As a result, the screen displays only the currently active storage, while the actual configuration details remain securely stored externally.

Overview

The Email Configuration module lets you configure how the system sends emails for your document templates. Each configuration links an email template, one or more document templates, and the recipient, CC, BCC, and variable mappings that determine what the email contains and who receives it.

Create an email configuration

To create a new email configuration:

Click Create New.

Enter a name in the Email Configuration Name field.

Select an email template from the Email Template Code dropdown.

Optional. Toggle Status to set the configuration as Active or Inactive. New configurations default to Active.

Select one or more document templates from the DocF Templates dropdown. Selected templates appear in the Selected Templates section, and can be removed individually or cleared by clicking Clear all.

Configure the Recipient Mapping. See Configure Recipient, CC, and BCC Mapping.

_Optional. Configure CC Mapping and BCC Mapping. See Configure Recipient, CC, and BCC Mapping.

Optional. The Save will remain disabled until all required fields are completed.

Configure recipient, CC, and BCC mapping

Recipient Mapping, CC Mapping, and BCC Mapping each use the same mapping structure to determine who receives the email.
