Generate a patch fix summary
To generate a report, follow these steps:
- Select
Patch Fix Summaryin the Select Application dropdown list. - Select the product for analysis in the Select Product dropdown list.
- Upload the Patch Fix PDF file to the Upload Patch Fix PDF Files section.
- Optional. Tick the Copy Bugs Analysis checkbox. If ticked, the generated analysis will identify bug fixes that have been repeated across releases. For more information, see Copy Bugs Analysis.
- Click Submit.
Copy Bugs Analysis
If you wish to identify similar fixes applied to different bugs in different releases, follow these steps:
- Tick the Copy Bugs Analysis checkbox.
- Upload the PDF for the previous release to the Upload Previous Release Portfolio PDF section.
- Upload the PDF for the current release to the Upload Current Release Portfolio PDF section.
- Upload the Excel file.
- Click the Process Files button.
- Click Submit.
Other features
The generated report can be exported as an Excel file by clicking the Download Impact Analysis Report as Excel button. You can also regenerate the report by navigating to the upper-right menu and clicking Rerun.

| Comments | Indicates any essential information that should be noted. |
| Technical Analysis | Indicates if a technical analysis is required for the patch fix. |
| Testing Required | Indicates if testing is required to confirm the patch fix. |
| Training Impact | Determine if the patch fix requires training. |
| Sample Test Cases | List all possible test cases that can be used to verify the fix. |
